Douglas E. Driver, CCIM, CMI is the owner and primary inspector of Meridian Inspections, Inc. He has over two decades of experience in the real estate inspection and construction industry and performs or supervises all inspections of the company. Mr. Driver has received the highest designation in the inspection industry - the Certified Master Inspector (CMI) designation from the Master Inspector Certification Board. He is actively licensed by the State of Florida as a Home Inspector, Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Broker. Additionally, Mr. Driver is a Federal Emergency Management Official with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for housing disasters throughout the United States.

Mr. Driver began his career at Trammell Crow Company, where he was part of a development team that constructed over 1.0 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail projects throughout South Florida. Prior to starting Meridian Inspections, he founded Meridian Construction Services, a construction company that built numerous luxury single-family homes and commercial projects as a third-party General Contractor. Mr. Driver graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida.
